All ticket sales for the Origins Jazz Series are final. Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 14 days prior to the event date. Requests made within 14 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

In the event of an event cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their tickets to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.
